Review

CheckBeat is a WAV sample based drum machine which is controlled by a checkbox. CheckBeat allows users to configure resolution from one quarter note to one thirty-second note. With CheckBeat you can also set the beats per minute (BPM) and pattern length up to 16. Using the software is very easy and doesn’t require any advanced knowledge. You can generate your own drum beats in just a few steps. You are first needed to select sample files in wav format, then you can modify the resolution, beats per minutes and pattern length as per your choice. Then you are needed to select some checkboxes below sample files and click the start button which will play your drum beat. As CheckBeat is multithreaded, it allows you to work with the dialog box without affecting the currently playing drum beat. CheckBeat is simple, easy- to-use and user friendly program which is written using DirectX Audio. It is compatible with most of the Windows OS. Interestingly, this useful program is available for free to download and install.
